We appreciate your visit to our website. We fully respect your right to privacy and the need for you to have control of your personal information. We never sell or rent our email lists or mailing lists to anyone, for any reason. Occasionally we may partner with one of our vendors to provide you with information about a new product, a special sale, a clinic or workshop.

 

The Music Man's Music Depot - Security Policy

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using PC CHARGE software, which encrypts information you input. Click here for more information about PC Charge software. PCCharge has undergone an evaluation by a Visa CISP qualified assessor. VeriFone is pleased to share the findings of this security assessment with you.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.  The Music Man's Music Depot does not store your credit card information in our data base.  The firewalls installed in our in-store computers are compliant with Visa CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) guidelines.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Shipping Charges�Taxes and Title

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.

 

All items purchased from The Music Man's Music Depot are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Remenber, We generally ship via UPS, No PO Boxes Please.

If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice. We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Florida, Utah , Indiana , Missouri , and Washington State . If you are shipping an item to any one of these states, then you will be charged the applicable local sales tax rates.
